The projects supported are subject to change based on the direction of the board and the strategy of the Ocean Azores Foundation. The money donated from each gin is made as an unrestricted donation and The Ocean Gin Company to the foundation for use as the organisation sees best.
FROM THE OCEAN. FOR THE OCEAN™
Our range of gins is created overlooking the never-ending Atlantic Ocean on the island of São Miguel. Every bottle sold supports marine conservation projects in the region through a donation to The Ocean Azores Foundation.
Using local seaweed in the base spirit before it is distilled, our gins have an exceptionally smooth taste, reflecting the ocean that inspired them.
Ali Bullock, owner of the world-renowned Gin Library, located at The Solar Branco Eco Estate, conceptualised the gins. Artwork drawn by local artist Catarina Limão.
