Inspiration: THE PORTUGUESE MAN O’WAR:
Often mistaken for a jellyfish, the Portuguese man ‘o war is actually a Siphonophore – Meaning it’s not one animal, but a group of highly specialised animals working together
Flavour: A strawberry gin, with lemongrass, hibiscus and orange notes.

The projects supported are subject to change based on the direction of the board and the strategy of the Ocean Azores Foundation. The money donated from each gin is made as an unrestricted donation from The Ocean Gin Company to the foundation for use as the organisation sees best.
